- Overall Impression: As a big city resident, I was nervous to stay in the cabins. I wouldn't have amenities just an elevator ride away. But what a unique (and cheaper) trip this is to experience the Fort! I loved coming home to the cabin, being able to go out and explore when I needed a break from the group, and scooting around in our golf cart. Adjustments will need to be made from how one probably vacations at Disney in the past: you must allot slightly more travel time for most destinations as the resort is quite large, and you will need to rely more on a stocked kitchen instead of constant quick service meals. But this city guy loved every second of staying here. My tips: Rent the golf cart. It's a blast. And plan out a shower schedule based on who wakes up earliest. Otherwise enjoy a resort that is unlike anywhere else you will stay on property.

- Overall Impression: I LOVE Fort Wilderness. The cleanliness, the quietness, nature, yes, you'll see dear here frequently, the activities and overall feel of the place makes me come back time and time again. I've stayed at many different resorts, even the suites and still continue to come back to the Fort.

- Overall Impression: We absolutely loved staying at the cabins. You don't feel like you are at Disney, you have more privacy and it is so serene. But then you jump in your golf cart, head to the bus or boat, and in just a few minutes you are right back in the middle of the action.

- Overall Impression: This resort was just so much fun. I left wanting to go back. Staying at the cabins at Fort Wilderness wasn't just lodging, it was actually the best part of our trip.

- Overall Impression: Overall I had a wonderful time at this resort. Having stayed at the Polynesian and Port Orleans before this is certainly a change, but even staying at a value resort it still felt like a really special vacation. The theming, access to the parks and value made it worth the stay. I was very satisfied with the stay and will look forward to possibly visiting again in the future.

- Overall Impression: Overall, the Cabins at Fort Wilderness are a good value and make you feel that you are on a vacation outside of your vacation. I would stay here again. You are close to Magic Kingdom and just a bus ride away to the other parks. For a bigger family or group, the cabins sleep my family of 5 comfortably. Since you do have a kitchen in the Cabins, it also gives you the opportunity to eat in if you prefer. I will say here again. It is a good value.

- Overall Impression: My all time favorite resort, and my sentimental Favorite too. My special needs daughter went for the first time and we stayed first at the cabins, and we got to see her light up with the rides and cabin, golf carts...unforgettable.

- Overall Impression: We havent even been there yet. My Disney Experience to date has been one of the most dissatisfying experiences of my life. Had I not foolishly prepaid 3 trailer rentals for my stay I would be canceling everything! Currently I am on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes with ticket help. 13 of the 33 tickets I had purchased in 2020 have dissappeared. Hooefully they will be able to clear this up. I have 3 reservations at Ft. Wilderness. For some reason even though I am paying for all 3 sites I am not allowed to put them all under my name. At the time of purchase for tickets, 33 of them, I was required to maken4 seperate purchase. Altimately this caused my card to be shut down. Right now Disney Sucks!
