- Overall Impression: Beautiful theming, very immersive, and easy access to Disney Springs and parks. Smaller resort size make it easy to access everything onsite, and transportation options are a big plus. Dining options make the access to Disney Springs a necessity. Room servicing for us may have been an anomaly, but please be prepared if you are a late sleeper. A whole lot of good things here, with just a couple of things that could have turned this into a new favorite location.

My neighbors were not loud but I could hear every word they said. Even going to the bathroom! This is unacceptable for the cost you pay for this room.

We have visited the lobby and grounds of all other on property resorts. French Quarter is our favorite. The only resort that we enjoy as much as French Quarter is Wilderness Lodge.

However, the room was a real disappointment. Needs a refurb badly. Very drab, dated and poor use of space. Would stay here again once the rooms are refurbed.

Nothing inherently wrong, but felt very stranded by the bus system and had enough problems with service that we tried to move over to the poly half way through but was unable to. The hotel felt tired if that makes sense? None of the CM seemed overly invested in helping or didn't know what was going on. Our room was in a beautiful area however, and would recommend springing for the river view if you are staying.

- Overall Impression: Port Orleans is a gorgeous omage to New Orleans. The rooms are a good size and very luxurious for a moderate resort. The garden view room we had was amazing and close to all the amenities so we enjoyed everything FQ had to offer without having to go far. That was great after a long park day. The pool is perfect for kids, my 6 y/o wouldn't leave! The food was awesome, especially the beignets. If you want a relaxing place to stay, this is it! It is a smaller resort property and had a lot less tourism traffic compared to other resorts we stayed at.

Although we LOVE Yacht and Poly, it's just not always in the budget to stay there. When we stay at either Port Orleans resort, we never feel cheated or like we had to "settle". We absolutely love both of them, but French Quarter is our overall favorite of the 2.

- Overall Impression: One of the most beautiful resorts in Disney World. Love that the resort is small and walkable and that you can even walk to Riverside. The boat to Disney Springs is also a plus.

- Overall Impression: This was our first visit to POFQ and we absolutely loved it! The ambiance and greenery everywhere was just lovely. We also REALLY loved the smaller size of the resort - everything was an easy walking distance and we didn't get lost! We've visited Riverside and Caribbean Beach and the size was overwhelming. Fantastic cast members, nice sized pool, delicious food at reasonable (for Disney) prices!
