Disney World Wagon Rides
Offered on a first come, first served basis, you can take an old-fashioned horse drawn wagon ride for a 25-minute tour of Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.
- $12.00 (ages 10 and up); $8.00 (ages 3 - 9), No charge for children under age 3.
- Children ages 3 - 11 must be accompanied by an adult
- Departs from Pioneer Hall at 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. On select evenings, a fireworks ride will replace the 8:30 p.m. outing
- No reservations are accepted
Group Wagon Rides are $300 per 45-minutes and can accommodate 30 to 35 guests. Advance reservations for groups can be made with 24-hour notice by calling (407) 824-2832.
Holiday Sleigh Rides at Disney World
This horse-drawn decorated "sleigh" ride is a fun way to celebrate the holiday season at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. Make time afterwards to walk through the barn and see where the horses live.
Price: $75.00 per sleigh ride
Holiday sleigh rides are available during the month of December.
Sleighs can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 children ages 9 and under.
You'll board your "sleigh" for a 25-minute ride at the new Tri-Circle-D Ranch Barn near the Settlement Bus Depot at The Cabins and Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.

Disney World Carriage Rides
Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground
A relaxing and cozy 25-minute carriage ride through Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.
- $55.00 for 25 minutes (includes tax)
- Tickets are sold by the carriage drivers
- Cash and Disney Resort guest room charge only. No credit cards are accepted
- Small carriage holds 2 adults and 1 small child.
- Large carriage holds 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 small children.
- Reservations nightly (weather permitting)
- Begins at 6:00 pm with the last ride departing at 9:30pm
- Departs from Crockett’s Tavern at Pioneer Hall.
- Beverages are permitted
Advance reservations can be made up to 180-days ahead by calling (407) WDW-PLAY. A $55 fee for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will apply. Walk-ups may be available.
Carriage Rides may be cancelled due to weather problems.
Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort
A relaxing and cozy 25-minute carriage ride through Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort
- $55.00 for 25 minutes (includes tax)
- Tickets are sold by the carriage drivers

- Large carriage holds 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 small children.
- Reservations nightly (weather permitting)
- Begins at 6:00 pm with the last ride departing at 9:30pm
- Departs from the Riverside Levee Marina
- Beverages are permitted

Horseback Riding at Disney World
This 45-minute to one hour guided trail ride goes through the wooded areas of Disney’s
Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.
Offered daily at 8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.
Check-in is 30-minutes prior to the ride time. If you arrive after the safety announcement, you will not be permitted to ride.
Cost is $55. Cancellation of rides may occur due to inclement weather.
- Minimum age is 9
- Minimum height is 48 inches
- Maximum weight is 250 pounds.
- Helmets are recommended and are provided at no charge.
- Nothing can be carried while on horseback. Small storage lockers to hold cameras and backpacks are provided at no charge.
- No open-toed shoes, flip-flops or strapless shoes should be worn for riding.
- Pick up tickets on the same day at the Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground Kennel at least 30-minutes prior to start of ride.
- Parents need to sign consent forms for children
