Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 7628 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 7 | Category: 7A | Location: Aft |

Notes: The location on the ship was perfect. Quick walk up 2 flights of stairs to Cabanas and drink station (also at Aft) the pool area is also on deck 9). Laundry was just down the hall with 6 washers and 6 dryers. The navigators verandah was great for our Alaska cruise it helped shelter us from the winds, and rain, also liked being able to check the temp every morning as we had a thermometer. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The shower was hard to keep consistent it would be burning hot then freezing but I’m sure that’s ship wide. We did not hear much noise from the engine other then one morning when rotating around to dock. During slow sailing the ceiling would vibrate and was very annoying but at night when going fast it would stop. Definitely did not impact our sleep at all. We did not have an upper bunk only the main bed and couch. Lots of storage space room under bed for our suitcases, There is no clock in the room. Did not need extra light to get to the washroom at night as there was enough light coming from under the main door. Overall I would stay in this room again. Vancouver to Alaska sailing had view of Vancouver port, Juneau port (cargo ship yard), Ketchikan port, and Skagway port. |

Notes: This is a great location. I read another review of a room down the hall that stated the bathroom smelled of urine. This was also true in our case, but wouldn't hinder us from booking this room again. Location was convenient to both elevators depending on where we were going. Stateroom host, Natha was FANTASTIC. We wouldn't book anywhere else on the ship as we loved the location and size of the room. Muster drill station L. |
Ship: Disney Wonder | Stateroom: 7628 | Condition: 5 |
Deck: 7 | Category: 7 | Location: Aft |
Sail Date: 05/24/06 | ||
Notes: Plenty of room and storage for 3 (2 adults, 1 child). The room steward was exceptional. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the enclosed veranda. Downside - outside smokers on either side of our cabin and the smoke filtering into our cabin. Conveniently near Aft elevators which are more available than Mid- and Forward elevators. |
Ship: Disney Magic | Stateroom: 7628 | Condition: 3 |
Deck: 7 | Category: 7 | Location: Aft |

Notes: The outlet in our bathroom (with the toilet) never worked. We tried a nightlight in it. There was also a spot on the floor just as you entered by the bed that was like a bubble in the metal. Like a tin can every time you stepped on it, which you couldn't avoid. |
