Roundup Rodeo BBQ Overview

Andy built a table service restaurant inside Toy Story Land at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

Using three cardboard boxes cut and taped together, Andy has created a new rodeo arena using some of his favorite toys, games, and play sets. And while some pieces are definitely western-themed, what makes this rodeo special is the broad assortment of toys that have been brought together to create a fun, colorful mashup-atmosphere that only a child could create.

Once inside, you’ll be surrounded by all of the rodeo festivities in-action as well as western town and train station playsets. And you just might spot some of your favorite Disney•Pixar characters scattered throughout the restaurant in the form of toys and game pieces including a toy version of Jessie riding on the back of a Trixie pull-toy and unique toy versions of Bo Peep and her sheep, all who appear to be performing in the rodeo together.

This immersive restaurant surrounds guests with a kaleidoscope of toys, games, and playsets, providing yet another unique, fun, family-friendly dining experience that could only be had in Toy Story Land.

Soups/Salads

Rex’s Romaine and Kale Salad - Romaine and kale mixed with green apples, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries tossed with green goddess dressing
Tomato Salad - Tomatoes, cucumbers, and pickled red onions tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette and garnished with fresh dill (plant-based)
Watermelon Salad - Cubed watermelon garnished with freshly torn mint leaves (plant-based)

Entree/Main Course

BBQ Chicken – with Style! - Chicken brined for 48 hours, rubbed with our secret backyard BBQ spice and smoked to tender juiciness
Buttercup’s Beef Brisket - Hand-sliced beef brisket, smoked then slow-cooked to juicy perfection
Evil Dr. Smoked Ribs - Fall-off-the-bone pork ribs, slow-cooked for hours in our onsite smokehouse
Impossible “Rib Chop” - seasoned with spices, then roasted and glazed with sweet BBQ sauce and skewered on a sugar cane “bone” (plant-based)
Oven-roasted “Bratwurst” - that is tender and juicy, sliced to perfection (plant-based)
Slow-smoked Cauliflower - topped with sweet harissa drizzle and crunchy walnut gremolata (plant-based)
There’s a Sausage in My Boot - Spiced pork sausage fire-grilled over live oak to give it an added kick
